London Festival of Architecture 2019 – Call for entries

Submit ideas by:
11 January 2019 – for your event to be considered by the first curation panel, giving you the opportunity to work more closely with the LFA team in shaping your event.
8 March 2019 – final curation panel

The call for entries for the London Festival of Architecture 2019 is now open with the theme ‘boundaries’.


The Wapping Project Berlin Residencies

Three eight-week residencies available in spring, summer and autumn 2019.

The aim of the residency is to provide a period of rest, recreation and reflection for artists, architects and other creative practitioners in mid-career. The residency provides free accommodation in a classic Berlin apartment in an Altbau, early 20th century building.


London Festival of Architecture 2019 Symposium – Call for participants

For this initial stage, potential participants are invited to submit an abstract of up to 300 words and a one-page CV by 3.00pm on Friday 25 January 2019.

The LFA invites both emerging and established architects, researchers and practitioners whose work explores the 2019 theme of ‘boundaries’ to apply to take part in the annual Symposium, which will take place at the Royal Academy of Arts during the London Festival of Architecture in June 2019.


Housing Helps Competition

Application form must be submitted by 12pm on 31 January 2019.

Commonweal Housing has launched an ideas contest for new forms of housing to tackle acute housing need in the UK. The competition will award £10,000 for a feasibility study into an innovative housing solution.
